Company History

In 1999 the company was founded as (QRAS)and since 2011 has been operating under the name Qualcell. Providing specialised  Quality Services to the Automotive Industry.

We have undertaken projects for 

• Jaguar & Land Rover (JLR)
• Bentley
• Rover
• Contechs Consulting

Our first was for Rover in 1999, project managing the tolerance analysis of the whole BIW structure on a refresh project. 

Predominately we have continually focused on various projects within JLR.

Over the past 12 years we have concluded contracts on nearly all JLR models.

Intial involvments with JLR where for speciliased VBA BIW CMM reporting tools.

Since 2011 we have serviced JLR with BIW Locator Selection services, managing the tooling and gauging strategies for both BIW AME and Stampings for all JLR products.
